"Boystown" is featured on the March 29, 2014 Gaybourhood podcast from Hong Kong and is hosted by DJ Stonedog and La Chiquitta. The entire podcast is very informative and entertaining and I am excited that Boystown is a part of it. Although I encourage listening to the entire podcast, the essence of Boystown is discussed at the 16 minute mark and the song is played at around the 22 minute mark. Enjoy! February 12, 2013 (Chicago, IL) – Singer, Songwriter, and Entertainer Mark Ortega has released an original dance pop single entitled, “Boystown,” now available on Google Play, Amazon, and iTunes worldwide.
“Boystown,” co-written with Danny MacArthur, is a song about coming out and life within the LGBTQ community based on personal experiences.
About The Artist: Mark Ortega is the founder of Mark Ortega Entertainment. He is a past Windy City Gay Idol Finalist and has performed at LGBTQ Pride fests nationwide.
